Voodoo Hex

Voodoo Hex is a video slot game developed by Peter & Sons as part of Yggdrasil's YG Masters program. The game panel features 3×3 reels and has 5 paylines, with symbols matching on adjacent reels from left to right to provide wins. The theme is a mysterious voodoo shop in the French Quarter of New Orleans in 1921; the atmosphere is dominated by potions, magical rituals, charms, and dark shadows. Wild symbols can appear randomly on any reel and help complete winning combinations by substituting for symbols other than Scatters. The Mystery Stacks Respins feature is triggered when two reels are completely filled with the same symbol; matching symbols turn into mystery symbols, other symbols respin, and mystery symbols drop one position after each respin. With each winning respin during this feature, an increasing multiplier begins, which is applied to all wins. The Free Spins round is activated when a Scatter symbol lands on the central reel; during this round, a random number of 5, 7, 9, or 11 free spins is awarded. During Free Spins, the Mystery Stacks Respins remain active, and the multiplier continues to increase throughout spins and respins without ever resetting to zero. The Bonus Buy option is available; players have the opportunity to enter the Free Spins round directly without waiting, with various options for the number of free spins offered. The game features medium-high volatility overall; its visual design, sound effects, and theme together provide an immersive experience.
