Chinese New Year 2

“Chinese New Year 2” by Fa Chai Gaming is a video slot with 5 reels and 3 rows, featuring 243 ways to win. The atmosphere is entirely focused on the Chinese New Year celebrations, with red envelopes, golden items such as ingots, and a dragon wild symbol used to complete combinations. The scatter symbol is represented as fireworks (or firecrackers) and must land on all five reels to activate the Free Spins bonus.

A special feature is that when starting the Free Spins, you can choose from five options: for example, 18 spins with a low multiplier, or just 3 spins with a high multiplier. During the Free Spins, additional scatters can retrigger the round, providing both extra spins and increasing the multiplier according to a fixed ladder. The multipliers in the bonus can go up to ×72 with the right setup.

There is an Extra Bet option available where your bet is 1.5×, which increases the chance of activating the Free Spins bonus. Additionally, there is a Bonus Buy feature in areas where this is allowed, allowing players to purchase direct access to the bonus round for a fixed price of 50× the bet.

In terms of symbols, there are winning symbols such as golden ingots, fish, and pineapples that provide the highest values for five matching symbols. The Wild (dragon) substitutes for all regular symbols except the scatter. The game thus has a fairly simple base structure, but the choices in the bonus round and the possibility of retriggers offer a lot of variation in how the rounds play out.

In terms of payout potential, the largest possible prize is around ×16,800 the bet in the best situations. Visually very festive and suitable for players who enjoy themed slots with high variance and choices in bonus functionality.

You can play it for real money.
