Golden Osiris

Golden Osiris is a video slot from Play’n GO with a 7×7 grid and cluster pays mechanics, where clusters of five or more matching symbols that touch each other horizontally or vertically yield wins. The game features a mysterious theme set in ancient Egypt, where colored gemstones make up the lower value symbols and figures such as birds, cats, ankh, jackal, and scarab represent the premium symbols. There are hidden Wilds located under highlighted fields that are activated when a winning cluster covers these fields; the Wild symbols can have multipliers from x2 up to x10.

Each win – including Wilds – fills the “Pyramid Charger” meter with symbols, and when the meter reaches 25 symbols, the pyramid opens to select one symbol type that then transforms – symbols around all occurrences of the chosen symbol can transform, including clusters of up to four symbols. This pyramid feature can be reactivated, and the first reactivation grants a win multiplier of x3, which increases with each subsequent reactivation, all the way up to x30.

The Free Spins feature is triggered when three or more scatter symbols appear in one round; five free spins are then awarded. During the free spins, the pyramid always starts fully charged, and only premium symbols can be chosen for transformation. Additionally, three or more scatters during the free spins can award additional free spins.

In the main game, there is also the “Second Chance: Scatter Explosion”: if exactly two scatters appear at the end of a spin round, symbols around these explode, starting a new cascade and providing a chance to land the third scatter symbol to enter the free spins round. This feature can be activated once per spin and not during free spins.

The game combines cascading symbols, cluster wins, hidden wilds with multipliers, pyramid features with symbol transformation and increasing multipliers, free spins with reactivation, and other surprising mechanics. Golden Osiris offers great win potential and high volatility through its layered features.
