HammerFall

HammerFall from Play’n GO is a video slot played on a 7×7 grid with a cluster-pays mechanic. To create wins, you must land clusters of five or more matching symbols that are adjacent to each other, and winning clusters activate cascading reels so that new symbols fall in to replace those that have been removed. The theme is heavily inspired by the Swedish power metal band HammerFall, featuring fantasy imagery, gothic castles, and musical elements; the band's mascot Hector stands guard at the grid.

A central feature is the Hammer Meter, which fills with each winning symbol in a cascade. When you collect 25 symbols, you activate one of three Song Features linked to different worlds. These Song Features include Twilight Princess, which adds a Mega Wild; Second to None, which transforms all high-paying symbols into a single matching high-paying symbol; and And Yet I Smile, which removes all low-paying symbols from the grid. If you manage to collect 50 symbols in a cascade sequence, Hammer High mode is activated, providing a free round where all three Song Features are played in succession.

During the base game, there are Super Tiles: special marked positions that, when part of a winning cluster, transform into Lightning Wilds. These Lightning Wilds remain on the grid during cascades and can have a random multiplier of up to ×3. On spins that do not result in a win, there is a chance for one of the four Destruction Features to activate. These include Never Forgive, Never Forget; Bring It; One Against the World; and Chain of Command, all of which dramatically transform or remove symbols to help change the grid and create new winning opportunities.

There is no traditional free spins bonus round and no option to buy bonuses. The maximum win potential is very high, with a cap around 30,000× your stake, although it heavily depends on extended cascade chains, Lightning Wilds, and the use of the various modifier features.
