Book of the Priestess

Book of the Priestess by Evoplay is a video slot laid out on five reels and three rows with ten fixed paylines. Its theme plunges players into an Aztec jungle setting, with lush ruins, ancient stone carvings, and four priestess symbols alongside card ranks 10, J, Q, K, and A. The Book symbol acts as both Wild and Scatter, substituting for other symbols while also triggering the Free Spins feature when three or more appear anywhere.

When Free Spins start, players receive ten spins and a regular non-special symbol is randomly selected to become an Expanding Symbol; after regular wins are paid, instances of that symbol can expand to cover a full reel. There’s also an “Ancient Mask” mechanic: during free spins each additional Book Scatter charged reduces a counter from seven, and when it hits zero you get five extra free spins plus an extra Expanding Symbol, and the process resets. Up to nine different symbols can become Expanding Symbols during the feature.

There is also a Bonus Buy option allowing players to access the Free Spins round directly by paying a multiple of their bet. The game supports autoplay and has features like scattering wins in addition to standard line wins. Free spins can be retriggered via collecting enough Scatters during the Free Spins round. Overall, the features centre on Expanding Symbols, a progress bar (“Ancient Mask”), Scatter/Wild dual symbols, Free Spins, Buy Free Spins, and fixed paylines.

You can try it for free in demo mode or play it for real money.
