Eye of Medusa

Eye of Medusa by Hacksaw is a video slot built around a 5-reel, 5-row grid that offers 3,125 ways to win. The theme draws heavily from Ancient Greek mythology, with Medusa, Perseus, snakes, stone statues and dramatic visuals bringing that dark mythic world to life. The game features Super Cascades: when a winning combination occurs, all regular symbols involved are removed (along with other matching symbols) and new ones fall into place, allowing for multiple wins from a single spin.

The Medusa symbol functions as a Wild, coming in Silver or Gold form, and it plays a key role in triggering advanced mechanics. When a win occurs with high-paying symbols while Medusa is present, those symbols become Petrified, locked at the bottom of the grid until the cascade sequence ends. At that point the Petrified symbols reveal multipliers from tiers: Bronze, Silver or Gold, up to 500×. Medusa’s own Wild multiplier is then applied: the Silver Wild has modest multipliers (up to about 4×), the Gold Wild much higher (up to about 20×).

There are two main free spins bonus rounds. The “Snakes & Stones” bonus is triggered by landing 3 or 4 scatter symbols in the base game, giving 10 or 12 free spins respectively, with increased chances of Medusa symbols with higher multipliers. During that bonus, landing additional scatters grants extra free spins (+2 or +4 spins). The “Gorgon’s Gold” bonus is activated by 5 scatters in the base game, granting 12 free spins. In Gorgon’s Gold, whenever a Medusa Wild appears its multiplier sets a minimum for all future Medusa Wilds in that round, meaning subsequent Medusa symbols will have at least that value or higher.

Eye of Medusa also offers Feature Buy options (where regulations allow) that let players purchase enhanced spin modes: one increases the chance of triggering a bonus game, another guarantees a Medusa symbol alongside a minimum multiplier, or allows buying directly into one of the two free spins bonus rounds. The maximum win potential of the game is up to 10,000 times the bet.

You can try it for free in demo mode or play it for real money.
