Play'n GO presents Reactoonz 100, a video slot that features a 7×7 grid and employs a cluster pays mechanic. To achieve a win, players need five or more matching alien symbols to connect either horizontally or vertically. When a winning cluster is formed, those symbols disappear, allowing new ones to cascade down and potentially create additional wins. Each spin showcases a “Fluctuating Symbol,” which, if it contributes to a winning cluster, gets replaced by two Wilds after the win. A significant aspect of the game is the Energized Toon multiplier, where one symbol type is energized each round; when it forms part of a winning cluster, the multiplier increases by +1 for one-eyed aliens and +3 for two-eyed aliens, up to a maximum of 100×, affecting only clusters that include the Energized Toon.

When the meter is fully charged and all four Quantum Features are ready, the Gargantoon Feature triggers, initially dropping several Wilds and then transforming into larger Wild blocks during subsequent cascade evaluations. The game does not include a traditional free spins round or a bonus buy feature.
