Freak Machine

Freak Machine is a video slot game created by Mancala. The game features a 5×5 grid without traditional paylines: wins are formed through the "cluster pays" system, meaning when five or more identical symbols touch horizontally or vertically. Victories trigger cascades: the winning symbols disappear and new ones fall, providing additional chances to win in the same turn. A three-level progress bar activates as clusters are formed, and at each level reached, special effects occur such as the removal of low-value symbols, the elimination of one type of symbol, or the arrival of Wilds on the grid.

The theme is clearly horrific and industrial, immersed in a dark atmosphere populated by jars, preserved limbs, surgical instruments, and other macabre objects. There are Wild symbols, which replace regular symbols, and Scatters: when three, four, or five Scatters appear, you receive 10, 15, or 20 free spins, respectively. During the free spins phase, the progress bar does not reset between spins, allowing effects and multipliers to accumulate up to a maximum of ×20.

A mini-game is also present: by aligning the special D-E-A-T-H symbols on the designated reels, you trigger an instant game in which you choose one of three weapons (gun, drill, or chainsaw), revealing a multiplier ranging from ×2 to ×36 applied to the current bet.
