Fish Road from InOut is a crash-style video slot with an underwater theme where you guide a fishing character along a path while building multipliers. You choose a difficulty level (Easy, Medium, Hard, or Hardcore), each with a different number of steps you must take to progress. With each safe step, the multiplier increases, but if your fish is caught by a predator before you choose to "cash out," you lose everything from that round.

In addition to the core mechanics, there are Jackpot Shells: at the beginning of some rounds, a shell with pearls appears; after collecting 60 pearls, a mini-game starts where you have a chance to win one of three fixed jackpots: Mini, Major, or Mega.
