Sanatorium Secrets

Sanatorium Secrets by Pragmatic Play is a 6-reel, 4-row video slot with 4,096 ways to win. Its theme revolves around a dark, haunted sanatorium complete with fog-shrouded gates, uneasy corridors, creaturely patient characters, grim doctors, and a general air of psychological horror. The base game includes both 1×4 wilds (on reels 2-5) that can carry 4× or 8× multipliers, and 2×4 wilds (on reels 3-4) offering higher multipliers up to 64×. There are Hook symbols on reels 1 and 6 which grab high-paying symbols in the same row, convert them into 1×1 wilds, and themselves become those symbols; Hooks crossing existing wilds double wild multipliers. The slot features a two-part bonus round: a Puzzle pre-feature in which you begin with respins and collect puzzle pieces; completing full columns transforms high-pay symbols and adds modifiers like extra hooks or increased minimum wild multipliers. Scatters appearing on reels 2-5 trigger Free Spins, and if a Super Scatter is also present, Super Free Spins are awarded. Free Spins begin with six spins, with extra spins granted for extra Scatters beyond the minimum and puzzle pieces collected earlier. There is an Ante Bet option that increases the cost and makes the bonus game more likely, and a Feature Buy option to jump directly into Free Spins or guarantee Super Free Spins. The maximum win potential in Sanatorium Secrets is up to 10,000× the bet.
