Blaze Buddies

Blaze Buddies is a video slot machine developed by Hacksaw. The game is played on a grid of 5 reels and 4 rows with 20 fixed paylines, with symbols combining from left to right. The theme is cartoon fantasy featuring four colorful dragons, classic royal symbols, and a visually contrasting atmosphere between a snowy mountainous landscape in the base mode and volcanic backdrops during free spins.

The main features include two free spins modes: Dragon’s Delight, triggered by 3 scatters, which offers 10 free spins and 3 modifier choices; and Blaze of Glory, activated by 4 or 5 scatters, which also grants 10 free spins but 4 or 5 modifiers depending on the number of scatters. Before each round of free spins, the player uses a “Pick Mechanic” type mechanism to select dragon eggs revealing modifiers: expanded dragon symbol, wild dragon, dragon multiplier, or additional free spins. It is possible to win additional choices when a scatter appears on both the first and last reel during free spins, up to a maximum of 6 choices.

The “Expanded Dragon” modifier allows one of the premium dragon symbols to expand across an entire reel. The “Wild Dragon” modifier transforms one of the premium symbols into a wild, and if it is the expanded dragon, the entire reel becomes wild. The “Dragon Multiplier” modifier assigns a random multiplier between ×2 and ×100 to a premium symbol, with multipliers that can accumulate on the same payline.

Blaze Buddies also offers a Bonus Buy feature in markets where it is allowed. This option allows players to directly purchase entry into the free spins or access special “FeatureSpins,” such as BonusHunt or Scorching FeatureSpins, which provide enhanced chances or modified effects from the start of the bonus game. The maximum possible win in this game reaches ×10,000 the bet.

You can try it for free in demo mode or play it for real money.
