Honey Gems™

Honey Gems™ by Playtech is a video slot that uses an unconventional hexagonal grid shaped like a honeycomb, consisting of 61 positions instead of traditional reels and paylines. Wins are formed by creating clusters of five or more symbols that touch horizontally or vertically. Regular symbols include colorful gems and fruits, while the queen bee symbol is the highest paying icon when it forms very large clusters.

A key feature is the Sticky Respins mechanism, which is triggered when a winning cluster appears with a Wild Multiplier symbol. At this point, all symbols in the winning cluster and the Wild Multiplier symbols lock in place, while the other positions perform a respin. With each respin, the multiplier(s) increase by 1, and multiple multipliers touching the same cluster multiply together.

Honey Gems™ also offers a free spins bonus known as Honey Queen Free Spins. Obtaining four Scatter symbols (Hive) or more anywhere on the grid awards between six and twelve free spins, depending on the number of scatters that triggered the feature. During the free spins, a Wild Multiplier starts locked in the center of the grid, and any additional multiplier that appears also becomes sticky for the duration.

A bonus buy option is available, allowing players to jump straight to the free spins feature in exchange for a cost based on a multiple of their bet. The game's design theme is inspired by the hive and the countryside, with bees, fruits, gems, and honeycomb shapes creating a soft, nature-inspired visual style. The betting range varies from low to quite high, making it suitable for a variety of players.
