Divine 9™ is a video game developed by Playtech's Rarestone Gaming studio, which combines a classic three-reel (3×3) grid with a unique "Pay Anywhere" mechanic. The game features a theme that plays with two sets of symbols: players can choose between symbols from ancient Egypt or the ancient China/Yu Ha Hai theme, and the visual style changes according to the choice, while the game rules remain the same. There are neither wild symbols nor scatter symbols in the game, and the special features are centered around the "Big Dice" symbol as well as the Respin and Wager features.

Each spin is connected to a Big Dice die, which appears to the right of the grid and spins along with the symbols in the grid. If the Big Dice shows the same symbol as a winning group of four or more identical symbols, the Respin feature is activated. The winning symbols are locked in place, while the remaining positions go for a respin to try to add more of the same symbol.

The Respin feature continues as long as new winning symbols appear in the empty spaces, or until the grid is filled. When the respin round ends, a choice is activated: the player can either collect the winnings or use the Wager feature as a risk. In the Wager feature, players can choose 1-5 symbols, and if the Big Dice shows one of the chosen symbols, the winnings are multiplied between 1.2× and 6×.

Bets range from moderate to higher amounts, and the game works well on mobile devices. There are no bonus spins or separate bonus rounds based on the Free Spins principle.
