Loot or Boot by OneTouch does not function like a classic slot machine: it is an arcade-style game with strategic elements, where you select hidden squares instead of spinning reels. It takes place on a pirate treasure map with a beach setting, featuring chests, bottles with maps, and golden coins with skulls that reinforce the nautical theme. The board consists of rows (levels) that progress up to the ninth level, and each level presents several hidden squares to choose from. Upon revealing a winning symbol, you can choose to collect your winnings or take a risk and advance to the next level in search of greater rewards. If you select a losing square (the "boot"), the round ends and you lose the accumulated loot. There are five difficulty modes: Easy, Medium, Hard, Extreme, and Nightmare, which modify the number of levels, winning squares per row, and losing squares, increasing the risk as you climb. Random multipliers can appear at any level; the highest values reach up to x10 in the upper levels. There are no traditional free spin rounds or typical "free spins" bonuses in the usual design. It also does not offer a bonus buy option to jump directly to a special round. Loot or Boot emphasizes risk, progression, and loot management more than extra features like scatter or wild symbols.
