Ultra Hold and Spin

Pragmatic Play's Ultra Hold and Spin is a video slot featuring a classic layout of 3 reels and 3 rows, along with 5 fixed paylines. The game embraces a retro fruit-machine aesthetic, showcasing traditional symbols like fruits, bars, sevens, watermelons, and single-star icons against a vibrant fiery background. In the base game, a Wild symbol can substitute for regular symbols, except for Money symbols, and it expands to cover the entire reel when part of a winning combination. The primary special feature is the Hold and Respin round, which activates when three Money symbols land on the middle reel. Once this feature is triggered, the Money symbols become sticky while the other reels disappear, granting the player 4 respins. Each new Money symbol during the respins resets the counter back to 4 and adds its multiplier value to the total win. During these respins, a Diamond Money symbol may appear on the outer reels, offering values between 100× and 500× the bet, contributing to the maximum win potential of 500×. This game does not include a traditional free spins round, and players can only activate the Hold and Respin feature through regular spins, as there are no bonus buy options. The overall gameplay combines nostalgic elements with modern multiplier mechanics, delivering a straightforward yet potentially rewarding slot experience.
