Piedra del Sol

Piedra del Sol from Platipus is a video slot with 5 reels and 50 fixed paylines, inspired by the ancient Aztec Empire and the mysterious Temple of the Sun. The theme revolves around adventure and archaeology, with the helper Olivia serving as the Wild symbol, and the ancient artifacts and symbols richly decorated with Aztec-inspired graphics. The main feature is the “Bonus Wheel feature,” which is activated when landing at least five golden Sun Stone symbols on the reels. In addition to the reel mechanics, the game also includes Free Spins, Multipliers, and Wild symbols as real features.

When the Bonus Wheel is activated, the first outer wheel spins, which can award multipliers, free spins, or pointers; these pointers lead to the inner wheel where four fixed jackpots can be won. The number of Bonus symbols in the trigger determines how many free spins can be won and how high the multipliers can reach: more symbols provide more spins and larger multipliers. During free spins, the Wild symbol expands its reach and can appear on reels 2-5, often increasing the chances of winning combinations. There is also a Bonus Buy feature that allows players to purchase direct access to the Bonus Wheel instead of waiting for the Bonus symbols to appear naturally. The game has high volatility, and the maximum win is approximately 2,289× the stake at maximum bet.
