Orb of Destiny by Hacksaw is a video slot that features six reels and four rows, played with fourteen fixed paylines. The theme focuses on the mystical, with Lady Fortune predicting your future through tarot cards, dice, and supernatural symbols. The main feature is the Lady Fortune symbol: a wild reel that extends across a full reel and can have multipliers ranging from x2 to x100. These multipliers can accumulate up to five per Lady Fortune wild reel when Orb symbols appear on the reels.

If Lady Fortune is part of a winning combination, the payout is multiplied by the multiplier below that reel; if there are multiple Lady Fortune symbols on a payline, the multipliers are added for a greater increase. After each spin, the lower multiplier on each Lady Fortune reel is removed, regardless of whether it contributed to the win. If there are multipliers remaining on one or more Lady Fortune reels, a respin is triggered where those reels remain fixed; the reels without multipliers disappear.

There are two free spins rounds: "Lady Luck Free Spins" is activated with three scatter symbols and awards ten free spins, where all Lady Fortune wilds start with at least two multipliers. "Future Fortunes Free Spins" is obtained with four scatters, also ten spins, but the wilds start with a minimum of three multipliers. Additional scatter symbols during both free spins rounds can award extra spins: two scatters give +2 spins, and three scatters +4 spins.

Orb of Destiny also offers bonus buy options in markets where this is allowed.
