Frutz by Hacksaw is a video slot played on a 5×5 grid using a cluster pays mechanic, meaning wins are formed when five or more matching symbols land adjacent to each other rather than along traditional paylines. The game is fruit-themed, featuring minimalist geometric designs with symbols like apples, pears, plums, lemons, oranges, and also playing card royals for lower values. Cascading reels are central here: when a winning cluster appears, those symbols vanish and new ones fall into place, allowing for consecutive wins in a single spin. Multiplier symbols appear in three tiers—light blue, dark blue, and striped blue—with values ranging from modest levels up to large boosts; when they land in a winning cascade in the base game they add to a counter that resets each spin.
