Alice Cooper and the Tome of Madness

Alice Cooper and the Tome of Madness by Play’n GO is a video slot based on a 5×5 grid that uses the Cluster Pays system: win when 4 or more matching symbols touch horizontally or vertically. There is a Cascade (or Avalanche) mechanic: when you get a winning combination, the winning symbols disappear and others fall from above to create new wins in the same spin. In some non-winning spins, one of the four “Reality Effects” (Insane Asylum, The Dungeon, Chamber of Horrors, Temptation Room) is randomly activated, transforming symbols, adding wild symbols, or modifying the grid to create new opportunities. There is a counter called Hat of Madness that fills up by collecting winning symbols in cascade chains: upon reaching increasing thresholds, you receive extra wilds or unlock the Reality Spins. When you reach at least 50 symbols in the counter, you get three Reality Spins; with higher thresholds, multipliers up to x5 are added. During the Reality Spins, choose one of the four Reality Effects to apply to each cascade. Collect three key symbols (Key) in a single cascade sequence to free Alice Cooper, who becomes an expanded Walking Wild on reels 2, 3, or 4, moving from side to side with each cascade. The game has a horror rock theme, with a dark atmosphere, unsettling graphics, and Alice Cooper-style music accompanying the gameplay. It does not have a bonus buy feature, so special features are activated only through the normal flow of the game.
