Energoonz by Play’n GO is a video slot built on a 5×5 grid with a sci-fi alien theme, where colourful energy creatures populate the screen. Instead of paylines, wins come from matching three or more identical symbols horizontally or vertically. When a winning cluster forms, those symbols vanish and new ones drop down in a cascading effect, and each cascade during the same spin increases a win multiplier that carries through until no new wins are formed.

A special feature, the Plasma Ball Wild, substitutes for regular symbols during base play to help form or complete clusters. If you manage to clear an entire column that is designated a “BONUS” column, this reveals one letter of the word “BONUS”; clearing all such columns triggers the free spins bonus round. In that bonus game you get a set of free spins (starting at ten) with a different symbol set and enhanced win potential.

During the free spins feature, landing five or more Energy Container symbols can award additional spins—up to a total of twenty. All wins in the bonus round are multiplied by the number of fully cleared bonus columns from the triggering spin.
