Gemix 2 by Play’n GO is a video slot played on a 7×7 symbol grid where you win by forming clusters of at least five matching symbols. The themes combine fantasy with gemstones, where you explore four different worlds, each with its own atmosphere and character: the worlds of the Miner, Princess, Wizard, and the newest Sky Knight. Each world has a unique guardian that acts as a Wild and introduces different types of Wilds per world, such as Mega Wilds, Sticky Wilds, and Wilds with special properties.

A central feature is the Crystal Charge meter: when you collect 25 winning symbols in a single spin, one of four modifiers is activated: Chain Lightning, Light Beam, Crystal Warp, or Nova Blast. If you collect 50 or more symbols, the Super Charge is activated: this triggers all four modifiers at once, plus a multiplier that increases with each additional batch of 50 symbols, up to a maximum of x20. There are cascading wins: when a cluster wins, the winning symbols disappear, and new symbols fall down, potentially creating additional winning clusters.

There is no traditional free spins round; the excitement mainly comes from the modifiers, the world progression system, and the special Wilds. From the world progression system, you need to fill two patterns in each world by winning on marked squares around the grid. Once you complete the patterns in a world, you move on to the next world. Upon reaching a world, a character (G-nome) appears, allowing you to choose one from two bags to receive the World Bonus.

Gemix 2 promises a lot visually: colorful gemstones, fantasy edits, and detailed artwork combined with vibrant animations. Your bet ranges between the lowest and highest limits allowed by the game, making it accessible to different types of players.
