Lordi Reel Monsters

Play’n GO presents Lordi Reel Monsters, a video slot that operates on a 7×7 grid and utilizes a cluster pays mechanism. When symbols form clusters of five or more, they vanish, allowing new symbols to cascade down, potentially leading to additional wins. The game includes a Monster Charger meter that fills up with each winning symbol; collecting 15 symbols activates a Monster modifier, while gathering 40 in a single cascade unlocks the Free Spins feature. There are five distinct Monster modifiers named after the band members: Mr Lordi introduces 5-8 wilds, Hella eliminates one or two symbol types (including wilds), Amen changes 2-5 symbol types into different ones, Hiisi generates a winning cluster of a randomly chosen symbol, and Mana converts all symbols of a selected type into wilds. Upon triggering the Free Spin bonus, players can choose between two modes: Reel Monsters or Better Hate Than Never. In Reel Monsters, a single free spin is awarded with a win multiplier that starts at ×1 and increases with each cascade, guaranteeing two Monster modifiers during the spin. Alternatively, Better Hate Than Never also offers one free spin but ensures three Monster modifiers, with wilds from winning clusters collected and added back to the grid in batches of 5-10 until none are left. The game’s theme merges heavy metal with horror elements, inspired by the Finnish band Lordi, featuring dark visuals, monster-themed symbols, and a fitting soundtrack. The maximum win possible is up to 4,000 times your stake.
