Testament

Testament by Play’n GO is a video slot with 5 reels and a base setup of 3 rows. The game is inspired by the thrash metal band Testament and uses powerful music from their album “Dark Roots of Earth” to enhance the atmosphere. In the base game, there are 243 ways to win, but this can increase to a maximum of 2,400 when the reels expand. The skull symbol can randomly turn into a Wild in the base game and always becomes a Wild during the bonus rounds.

There are three so-called Song Features: Dark Roots of Earth, Cold Embrace, and Throne of Thorns. Dark Roots allows Wilds to spread vertically. Cold Embrace makes Wilds "sticky," meaning they remain fixed in their position for the rest of the free spins. Throne of Thorns expands the reels to the pattern 4-5-6-5-4, increasing the number of ways to win to 2,400.

When you get 2 Scatter symbols, you activate one of these Song Features along with 3 free spins. If you land 3 or more Scatters, the Rise Up Spins feature starts with 9 free spins. In this feature, extra positions above the reels are blocked by blocks. Each new Scatter removes a block, and if you remove all the blocks, you switch to Testament Spins.

Testament Spins gives you three extra free spins and combines all three Song Features at once: sticky Wilds, spreading Wilds, and the expanded reel setup. The game thus has multiple layers of features allowing bonus rounds to stack. There are no additional features such as multipliers or an active Bonus Buy; it mainly revolves around the variety in free spins modes, Wilds, and reel expansion.

You can try it for free in demo mode or play it for real money.
