Beastly Burglars

Beastly Burglars is a video slot created by AvatarUX, featuring 5 reels and initially a "diamond" grid layout of 1-3-5-3-1. When a win occurs, a respin feature is triggered that opens a random "Vault" locked cell in the grid. Vault cells initially block many positions, but by removing them, the grid expands gradually to a maximum of five rows from each reel (5-5-5-5-5) and a maximum of 3,125 ways to win. In the base game, each reel has a reel-specific multiplier (Reel Multiplier) that is locked initially; the middle reel unlocks after the first win, and other reels are released when their corresponding Vaults are removed. The base game multiplier reel is always x2, but in free spins, the multiplier can increase with the so-called Multiplier symbol, which can boost that reel multiplier up to +50×.

The Bonus Collection feature means that Bonus symbols are collected in the Bonus Collector meter during respins; when three Bonus symbols are collected in a single respin series, Free Spins are triggered. If unsuccessful, the collection resets back to zero. Free Spins start in the same grid state from which the bonus was activated, including already opened Vaults and activated reel multipliers. If all Vaults are removed and all reels are fully unlocked during Free Spins, the player is granted two additional free spins, and all subsequent spins are played in a fully unlocked grid.

The Gamble Wheel feature allows the player to try to increase the number of free spins before they begin; starting with 8 free spins, a win on a gamble can raise the amount to 10 or 12 spins, a golden field can provide a greater benefit, and a loss forfeits this opportunity and returns to the base game. The Feature Buy or Xpress Bonus Buy option allows players to jump straight into free spins by paying a certain multiple of the bet – different options are 8, 12, or 15 spins, with some starting with randomly removed Vaults. The game also features an Ante Bet option, which can increase the bet and enhance the probability of triggering free spins. The theme is museum heist: animal characters stealing ancient treasures, including pharaoh-themed relics, in AvatarUX's visually rich and humorous style.
