Danny Dollar is a video slot created by Hacksaw, featuring a grid of 5 reels and 5 rows along with 19 fixed paylines. The game is themed around a vibrant 1930s cartoon-style show, centering on the character of Danny Dollar, a showman with a keen focus on money. Key features include expanding Wild-Dollar reels, Nudge symbols, two distinct free spin bonuses, and the option to purchase bonus features directly.
Wild symbols substitute for all base symbols except for Scatters, and the Dollar symbol can expand upwards to fill an entire reel when part of a winning combination, creating a Dollar reel that acts as a Wild in all covered positions. When the Dollar reel expands through the Wild, it receives a random multiplier ranging from two to two hundred, and multiple Dollar reels can enhance the multiplier effect. After expansions, Nudge symbols activate, pushing all expanded Dollar reels down by one row for each Nudge symbol, thereby increasing their coverage area.
The first free spin feature, Dollar Dash, is triggered by landing three Scatter symbols in a single spin. It awards ten free spins and includes Reel Indicator markers that show where Danny symbols last landed, preventing their appearance on the reel above the marker level. Additional Scatters during the spins can grant extra spins.
The second free spin feature, No Bills, No Thrills, activates with four Scatters and shares the same basic mechanics as Dollar Dash, but introduces a Progressive Global Multiplier that collects the multipliers from all Dollar reels and applies them to all wins during the free spins.
There are four different bonus buy options available: BonusHunt-FeatureSpins (3× stake), Danny FeatureSpins (50×), Dollar Dash (100×), and No Bills, No Thrills (300×), allowing players to directly purchase their desired bonus game or feature-spins mode. While the combination of features makes the game exciting and varied, Danny Dollar maintains a high volatility level with the potential for significant wins through these bonus mechanics.
You can play it for real money.
