Genie's Chest: Hold 'N' Link

Genie's Chest: Hold 'N' Link from Netgame is a video slot with an Arabic/magical theme, focusing on treasures, lamps, djinns, and palaces filled with gold and mystery. The layout is 5 reels by 3 rows, and you play with 243 ways to win. In the base game, you encounter wild symbols — the magical lamp — which can replace all standard pay symbols and only appear on reels 2 to 5. You also have bonus symbols in the base game, such as the ‘spheres’ needed to activate the Hold ’N’ Link feature.

The Hold ’N’ Link feature starts when a number of golden sphere bonus symbols land on the reels at the same time; those spheres then lock in place, and you receive three respins to get more of these symbols. Certain spheres have fixed cash values, and there are separate spheres with winnings such as jackpots: Minor, Major, and Grand. Additionally, there are multiplier spheres that increase the values of the other spheres before they are collected. During the Hold ’N’ Link round, there are also Chest symbols that collect all purchased values from the spheres and become a sphere themselves. There is also a special +1 spin symbol that can grant extra respins, up to two in one bonus round.

There is no option to buy the bonus (no bonus buy). The maximum win can go up to 5,000 times the bet. The volatility is considered medium — you can make reasonably regular bets with the chance of larger wins, without extremely high swings. In short, Genie's Chest: Hold 'N' Link offers a solid combination of an attractive theme, wilds, an exciting Hold ’N’ Link bonus round with respins, collector symbols, multipliers, and fixed jackpots.
