9 Arrows of Odysseus

“9 Arrows of Odysseus” is a video slot created by Yggdrasil in partnership with SpinOn, set against the backdrop of epic Greek mythology featuring elements like the sea, ships, legendary creatures, and Odysseus as the central character. The game operates on a 5×3 grid with 20 fixed paylines, showcasing low-value symbols represented by Greek letters and premium symbols that include the Cyclops, the Siren, and the Hydra. Odysseus acts as the Wild symbol, capable of substituting for other paying symbols (excluding the Arrow Scatter and Free Spins Scatter) and can also create its own winning combinations.

A key feature of the game is the Arrow Scatter symbols: landing three or more Arrows anywhere on the screen triggers an instant win based on a "ladder" that displays prizes for 3, 4, 5 up to 9 Arrows, in addition to any regular line wins. The Free Spins Scatter symbol, depicted as a ship, appears only on reels 2, 3, and 4; obtaining three of these simultaneously activates the Free Spins mode.

At the start of the Free Spins round, players spin a bonus wheel that determines two factors: the number of free spins awarded (with options like 10-12-15-20 or 25-30) and whether the multiplier for line wins during Free Spins will be x2 or x3. However, the Free Spins multiplier does not apply to wins generated by Arrow Scatter symbols, which retain their set prize from the ladder even during the bonus round.

It is possible to re-trigger Free Spins if three Free Spins Scatters are obtained again on reels 2-4 during these spins; in this case, the same number initially received from the wheel is added to the total free spins, while the original multiplier remains intact. The game does not include a Bonus Buy feature. The maximum potential win can reach up to 3,500 times the bet.

The graphics are richly detailed, featuring oceanic settings, ships, clear skies, and mythological creatures, while the sound enhances the heroic atmosphere that complements the theme. Players can expect moments of excitement both during regular spins due to the Arrow Scatters and in the Free Spins phase with the bonus wheel and multiplier that heightens anticipation.

You can try it for free in demo mode or play it for real money.
