Multifly! MultiMax™

Multifly! MultiMax™ is a video slot by Yggdrasil set in a vibrant jungle world where chameleons and fireflies animate the reels. The game uses a 5-reel, 3-row grid with 243 ways to win, and wins trigger Dropdown (also called cascading) mechanics so that winning symbols are removed and new ones drop in. Each time a Dropdown win occurs, a Wild symbol is added to one of the winning positions, and that reel’s multiplier increases by one. The core MultiMax™ mechanic assigns a separate multiplier to each reel; when a win spans reels that have active multipliers, those reel multipliers multiply together to boost the payout. Free Spins are triggered by landing three or more Scatter symbols (golden chameleons), which award ten Free Spins. Any reel multipliers that were built up during the cascading sequence that triggered the bonus are carried into the Free Spins, and they continue increasing there with further Wilds and cascades. The reel multipliers reset to 1x at the beginning of each new bet in the base game, but not during the free spin feature. Unknown is any Bonus Buy option—there is no Bonus Buy feature in this original game. The maximum win is 10,000× your stake if the multipliers build up high through long cascade sequences and during the Free Spins. The theme is richly animal-based jungle imagery, with vibrant visuals and symbols like frogs, lizards, parrots, and a chameleon central to both design and mechanics.
