The Handsome Bandit

The Handsome Bandit by Yggdrasil is a video slot with a classic Wild West theme that takes you to a dusty frontier town, complete with saloons, revolvers, cowboy hats, whiskey, and sheriff stars. The game field consists of 5 reels and 3 rows, with 243 ways to win in the base game. The symbols include cards from T to A as lower values, plus icons like guns, bags of gold coins, whiskey with dice, and cowboy hats with a lasso. The Handsome Bandit acts as the wild symbol, and there is also a scatter symbol in the shape of a sheriff star.

The main bonus feature is the free spins round, activated by three or more scatters. Once you have the scatters, a bonus wheel appears that determines how many free spins you receive (up to twenty spins depending on the number of scatters). During the free spins, wilds landing on reels two to five become 'sticky' – they stay in place for the rest of the free spins. Additionally, a wild on a reel receives a x2 multiplier if another wild appears on the same reel later, and a x3 if a third wild comes on that same reel.

There is also a shootout element at the bonus wheel: the game builds tension with a duel-like theme before you start the free spins. There is no information that there is a bonus buy option in The Handsome Bandit. The maximum win is up to 50,000 times your bet. The volatility is high, meaning that rewards may come less frequently but can be substantial when they do.

You can try it for free in demo mode or play it for real money.
