Royal Express: Hold and Win

Playson presents Royal Express: Hold and Win, a video slot that features a compact design consisting of 3 reels and 3 rows, along with 5 fixed paylines. The game is themed around an opulent train, embellished with gold coins, classic fruit symbols, and shimmering decorations that enhance the luxurious ambiance of the Royal Express. A Wild symbol is included, which can replace regular symbols (excluding Bonus and Boost) to help form winning combinations. Bonus symbols are found exclusively on reels 1 and 3, while reel 2 is reserved for the Boost symbol.

The Hold and Win bonus round serves as the main feature, activated when Bonus symbols appear on reels 1 and 3 simultaneously, along with a Boost train on reel 2 during the same spin. The values displayed on the Bonus symbols are secured, and players begin with three respins that reset with each new Bonus symbol that lands. During this bonus round, multipliers of x1, x2, or x3 may appear on reels 1 and 3, and if multiple multipliers land in the same position, their values are summed.

Within the bonus round, players can aim for four fixed jackpots: Mini, Minor, Major, and Grand, with the Grand jackpot offering the highest payout. A feature called Pile of Gold can randomly initiate the bonus round from the base game by adding sufficient Bonus and Boost symbols without needing a specific arrangement. Furthermore, players have the option to utilize a "Buy Bonus" feature, which allows direct entry into the Hold and Win round where available, at a cost of 75 times the stake.

Royal Express: Hold and Win merges a traditional slot experience with contemporary mechanics such as respins, multipliers, and jackpots, all set against a refined train backdrop. The game combines classic fruit symbols with vibrant designs and dynamic features, catering to players who enjoy fast-paced gameplay and a focus on bonus elements rather than extended free spins.
