Magnificent Merlin™

Magnificent Merlin™ is a video slot developed by Novomatic, featuring a magical fantasy theme that includes symbols like Merlin, potions, hourglasses, and other wizardly elements, all set against a backdrop rich in mystique and candlelight. The game is designed with a distinctive 3-4-4-4-3 layout, offering players 576 ways to win from left to right. Wild symbols can be found on the middle reels, where they serve as substitutes for regular symbols to assist in creating winning combinations. Central to the gameplay are special “coin” symbols, which include multiplier coins on reel 1, row-expander coins on reel 5, and standard cash coin symbols on reels 2-4. When five or more coin symbols appear anywhere on the reels, the Bonus Spins feature is activated, granting three free spins. If additional coins land during this feature, the free spins counter resets to three. Coins that land during Bonus Spins remain in place, enhancing the likelihood of filling the grid. Each multiplier coin collected during this feature raises the multiplier for all coin-related prizes, excluding specific jackpots, at the conclusion of the round. Row expander coins can add extra rows above the reels, with the potential to add up to three additional rows, thereby expanding the winning area. Coin symbols can yield fixed cash prizes or jackpots, including Mini, Minor, Major, and the Grand Jackpot, which is awarded when the entire grid, including any extra rows, is filled with coins. Magnificent Merlin™ does not have a documented bonus buy option.
