Big Sumo™

Big Sumo™ is a video slot developed by Playtech, inspired by the Japanese Sumo tradition. In the base game, there is a grid with 5 reels and 3 rows, as well as 25 paylines. The symbols include cards from 10 to Ace, fans, drums, and festive Sumo figures, while wilds contribute to completing combinations. There are two types of wilds: the "Sumo Wild," which appears on reels 2, 4, and 5, and the "Big Sumo™ Wild," which is found exclusively on reel 3. Rice symbols act as scatters and activate the Big Sumo™ feature when they appear simultaneously on reels 1 and 5, and the Big Sumo™ Wild is visible on reel 3. In this mode, the grid expands to 5 x 5, the paylines double to 50, and there are five free spins.

The number of rice symbols that triggered the feature determines how many bowls are present at the start in the counter ("Rice Stack") during the free spins. After each round, the Big Sumo™ moves to each visible rice symbol, eats it, and increases the counter. When the counter reaches the maximum, the Big Sumo™ grows, and an additional spin is awarded. If it completely fills the grid, the Mega Reel is activated, which can offer multipliers up to 350 times the bet.

Additionally, there is the Triple Way Jackpots feature, where specific symbols (Gold or Silver Triple Way) must appear in sufficient numbers to enable the chance for one of the three progressive jackpots – Minor, Major, or Grand. A bonus buy option ("Bonus Buy") is available in regions where this is permitted, allowing direct access to the Big Sumo™ feature for a fixed cost of the bet.

You can play it for real money.
