Tree Wishes™

“Tree Wishes™” from Playtech is a video slot with 5 reels and 3 rows, offering 10 fixed paylines. The graphics are set in a Christmas theme – a charming Christmas tree, gifts, snow, sleighs, and sweet symbols like candies and gingerbread blend with traditional card icons. Wild symbols appear only on reels 2, 3, and 4 and can substitute for all symbols except the Scatter, helping to create winning combinations. Scatter symbols, which can appear anywhere on the reels, trigger the main bonus feature called Star Drop when at least five are collected.

When Star Drop is activated, the values on the Scatter symbols are summed up, determining the number of stars that "drop" from the tree and travel through a chain of balls into gift boxes at the bottom of the screen. The gifts can contain either bet multipliers (ranging from 0.1× to 25×) or trigger the bonus wheel. If three (or more) stars land in the special “Wheel” box during Star Drop, the bonus wheel is activated, which can award either additional stars or one of four fixed jackpots – Mini, Minor, Major, or Grand. The Grand jackpot reaches a maximum payout of 1,000 times the bet.

The absence of traditional free spins as a standalone feature is balanced by the fact that Star Drop includes elements that many players expect from bonus rounds (multiplier values, loops with the bonus wheel, jackpot opportunities). The game allows bets from 0.10 to 500 units, enabling play with a wide budget, whether small or large. “Tree Wishes™” lacks a Bonus Buy option – it is not possible to directly purchase access to bonus features. Overall, this game captivates with a combination of Christmas atmosphere, visually appealing animations, and a complex yet clear bonus system.
