Icarus: Heat of Fortune

Icarus: Heat of Fortune from Mancala is a video slot played on a 3×3 grid without traditional paylines, where wins are triggered in the central row. The theme takes players into ancient Greek mythology, where Icarus flies towards the sun to collect golden treasures. In the base game, there is a Collector symbol: when it lands in the middle row, it collects all shining coins on the screen and then triggers Extra Spins. The game features a Hold & Win round consisting of fixed jackpots called Mini, Minor, Major, and Grand; the highest jackpot is Grand, which can pay up to 15,000 times the bet. Players can also trigger a Bonus Game where surprise symbols appear, along with frame multipliers, and filling the entire grid during the bonus triggers the Grand Jackpot. There is a Buy Bonus feature that allows players to buy into the Bonus Game with three respins, costing 95 times the current bet. The game combines collection mechanics and jackpot hunting, balancing regular spins with high-paying bonus rounds. The design aims for dramatic moments centered around the Collector, respins, surprise symbols, multiplier frames, and the payout of the grand jackpot.
