3 Hot Chillies

Booongo's 3 Hot Chillies is a vibrant video slot that features a layout of 5 reels and 3 rows, along with 25 fixed paylines. Set against a backdrop of a lively Mexican fiesta, the game showcases symbols like maracas, guitars, cacti, sombreros, and animated characters, all accompanied by festive music and bright decorations. The Wild symbol, depicted as a man wearing a sombrero, can substitute for regular symbols to create winning combinations, but it does not replace the Bonus symbols, known as Chilli symbols.

The main attraction of the game is the Hold and Win bonus round, which activates when enough Chilli Bonus symbols appear in the base game to fill the associated ristra meters. During the Hold and Win bonus, the triggering Chilli Bonus symbols become sticky, and players start with three respins. Each time a new Chilli symbol appears, the respin count resets to three. This bonus round features modifiers based on the chilli colors: green chillies provide multipliers of 2×, 3×, or 5×, yellow chillies add to the respin count, and red chillies trigger a Double Reels mode that mirrors collected coins on a second field. Additionally, the feature includes fixed jackpots—Mini, Minor, Major—and a Grand Jackpot for filling all 15 positions on the bonus grid. Some versions of the game also offer a Bonus Buy option, allowing players to purchase direct access to the Hold and Win round.

You can try it for free in demo mode or play it for real money.
