Hit the Gold!

Booongo's "Hit the Gold!" is a video slot featuring 5 reels and 3 rows, with a total of 25 fixed paylines, all set against a gold mining backdrop. The game includes a variety of symbols, such as low-ranking royal cards and premium icons like pickaxes, bags of gems, a dog, and other mining tools. The Prospector Wild symbol can substitute for all regular symbols, excluding Scatters and Bonus symbols. A Free Spins round is activated when three Scatter symbols, representing a mine entrance, appear on reels 2, 3, and 4, granting 8 free spins, with the possibility of retriggering by landing additional Scatters. During the Free Spins, all low-value royal symbols (A, K, Q, J) are removed, leaving only higher paying and special symbols on the reels.

The primary bonus feature is the Hold and Win bonus round, which triggers when six or more Gold Nugget Bonus symbols appear in the base game. These symbols become sticky, and players start with 3 respins, which can be reset to 3 with each additional Bonus symbol. A Mystery Symbol may also show up during this bonus, transforming into one of the fixed jackpots (Mini, Minor, Major) at the conclusion. If all 15 grid positions are filled with Gold Nugget symbols during this round, the Grand Jackpot is awarded.

There are four fixed jackpots in total: Mini, Minor, Major, and Grand, with the Grand offering the highest payout. The game does not include a Bonus Buy feature. Players can choose from a maximum bet that exceeds the minimum, and the game supports both autoplay and turbo-spin modes. The audio and visual elements enhance the mining theme, featuring earthy colors, sparkling gems, and sound effects that evoke the experience of exploring a bountiful underground mine.

You can try it for free in demo mode or play it for real money.
