Yokozuna Clash

Yokozuna Clash is a video slot by Yggdrasil, featuring five reels and three rows that combine to create 243 ways to win, with wins paid both left to right and right to left. The theme is set in a Japanese sumo arena, where sumo wrestlers Riku and Haru compete against their opponents while the audience roars in the background. In the base game, two types of features can be randomly activated: Riku can randomly add wilds to the middle reel rows, while Haru can bring a 2× or 3× multiplier to winning combinations. When you land five of the same symbol on a single spin, the Sumo Clash feature is activated: additional symbols are thrown onto the reel, increasing the win from the original five of a kind. Scatter symbols, which appear only on the first and fifth reels, trigger the Tournament Free Spins tournament. In the tournament, a random sumo (Riku or Haru) first fights against another opponent, and if he wins, he moves on to the final Yokozuna challenge. In the battles, wins from left to right move towards victory, while from right to left the opponent progresses, and in the case of a tie, no progress is made. If the Yokozuna wins the tournament, the total win amount is doubled.
