Book of Fallen

In the video slot "Book of Fallen" by Pragmatic Play, players engage with a 5-reel, 3-row setup featuring 10 fixed paylines. Set against the backdrop of ancient Egypt, the game follows explorer John Hunter as he navigates a tomb adorned with symbols such as a pharaoh’s mask, Anubis, the Ankh, and carved stone playing cards. The Book symbol serves a dual purpose as both Wild and Scatter, substituting for other symbols and activating the Free Spins feature when three or more appear on the reels. This Free Spins round awards 10 free spins, during which players select one regular symbol to become the Special Expanding Symbol for the entire feature. When enough of the chosen symbol show up to create a win during free spins, that symbol expands vertically to fill the reel and pays out even from non-adjacent reels. If players land three or more Book symbols during the free spins, the feature can be retriggered for an additional 10 spins, with no cap on the number of retriggers. Additionally, there is a Super Spin Ante Bet option, allowing players to pay ten times their total stake per spin to transform each base-game spin into one that mimics the Free Spins feature, complete with a pre-selected expanding symbol. In certain jurisdictions, a Bonus Buy feature is available, enabling players to pay a single fee to access the Free Spins round immediately, with the expanding symbol chosen beforehand. The game has a maximum win limit set at 5,000 times the stake.
