Gems of Serengeti

Gems of Serengeti from Pragmatic Play is a video slot played on a grid with 5 reels and 4 rows, featuring 20 fixed paylines. The theme takes players to the heart of the African savannah, where symbols like lions, vultures, hunters, and ancient gemstones are set against panoramic landscapes of wild plains. The game includes a Wild symbol that substitutes for regular paying symbols to help create wins; Scatter or Bonus symbols appear on specific reels and activate additional features. One of the key mechanics is the Respin feature: if you land five or more gemstone symbols in the base game, respins are triggered on a cleared grid, where each triggering gemstone is held in place and any new gemstones are also locked while the respin count is reset. Another important feature is the Free Spins round, activated by three Bonus scatter symbols on reels 1, 3, and 5, awarding ten free spins. During the free spins, you collect gemstone symbols; if you collect enough gemstones, you trigger the Respin feature after the free spins, or in some cases, you receive automatic payouts. Collecting gemstones during both the base game and free spins contributes to a prize ladder, with larger rewards for more collected gemstones. Maximum wins are capped at around 4,000 times your bet when the highest number of gemstones is collected. There is no option to buy bonuses in Gems of Serengeti.
