Ugliest Catch

The video slot Ugliest Catch by No Limit City presents a unique fishing theme set against a backdrop of a toxic and polluted environment, showcasing mutated fish that add a dark twist to the classic fishing slot experience. The game features a 5x3 grid, with Enhancer Cells locked above and below each of the five reels. To unlock these Enhancer Cells, players need to land Scatters, which can reveal special symbols such as Fisherman Wilds, Big Berta, xWays, or standard paying symbols. The xWays symbols have the ability to land in locked positions and can split into 2 to 4 identical symbols, thereby enhancing the potential for winning combinations.

When a Fisherman Wild appears in an opened Enhancer Cell during the base game or in open positions during free spins, the Kill N’ Grill Wild Fishing feature is triggered. This feature applies multipliers to all Fish Trophy and Big Berta symbols present on the screen, which are then summed and multiplied by the player's bet. Depending on the situation, Fish Trophy symbols can reach values of up to 5,000×, similar to Big Berta symbols.

The game offers three tiers of free spins: landing 3 Scatters awards 8 Lunker Spins with 6 open Enhancer Cells, while 4 Scatters yield 9 Hawg Spins with 8 open Cells, and 5 Scatters grant 10 Honey Hole Spins with all 10 Cells unlocked. During the Lunker and Hawg rounds, players can collect additional scatters to unlock 2 extra Cells and gain an additional spin, a feature not available in Honey Hole.

Moreover, there is a Troll Level metric during the free spins, where every fourth Fisherman Wild elevates the player to a higher Troll Level (values of x2, x3, and eventually x10) and provides extra spins. This multiplier is applied to the collected Fish Trophy and Big Berta values during the free spins. For players seeking immediate action, a Bonus Buy feature allows for direct access to Lunker, Hawg, or Honey Hole spins, or the option for a Lucky Dip that randomly activates one of the three free spin modes.

Additionally, a Boosted xBet option is available, which for an extra percentage of the bet guarantees a Scatter on reel 2 during the base game, increasing the likelihood of triggering free spins and unlocking Enhancer Cells. The game offers a maximum win potential of 50,000× the bet, appealing to those who enjoy high-risk, high-reward gameplay.
